Rinsing, hmmm just blast it over with clean water.
Essentially yes but there are ways of doing this to make drying easier.
I persoanlly will blast the majority of the soap suds away with the pressure washer or hosepipe, then to aid the drying process ill run an open hosepipe
over the vehicle, ie a hose with no attachments just the natural water flow unaided.
Again ill start from the top working down.

Drying, why?
Helps prevent water spots, although these are harmless they will spoil the look of your clean car
Ok ill get my chamois out. Nowadays there are a lot of products out there that are a lot less damaging than chamois leathers such as waffle weave drying towels.
Even drying can inflict some minor damage.
So again start from the top working down, i fold my towel in half and half again and pat the car dry rather than drag it around over the paintwork.
Another aid to easier drying is to use a quick detailer such as Meguiars Last Touch, i spray this on a wet panel and it breaks the waters surface tension
making it fall off the car easier leaving you a lot less work to do with the drying towel.
