location wise i have not idea, but pristine have a damned good reputation

you have to go through an authorised company though, usually there are some tyre companys that deal with them, will pay to phone around, remember to state you want the rim cut

Make sure you get the correct colour (see guides section)
Makes sure the wheel is painted not powder coated
Make sure they cut the rim
Make sure they lacquer over the cut rim or it will corodde again
